My career path has taken me many places, from a certified meeting planner, talent manager, and later as a COO of a strategy consulting firm. I have worked with over 25% of the Fortune 100 companies, as well as NGOs and governments around the world. This gives me firsthand knowledge of the changing business dynamics and needs for thought leadership in the global marketplace. I specialize in working with small and medium size companies on how to use existing resources, such as blogs, books, articles, conference speaking, connections, and social media, to position themselves as thought leaders or experts in order to create awareness, generate leads, and increase sales for their services. As innovation thought leader Frans Johansson’s manager and later the COO for The Medici Group, the company based on his book, "The Medici Effect", I played an integral role in the vision and development of his company from a speaking-only business into a global strategy consulting firm with trainers, workshops, and long term consulting projects. In addition, I oversaw the contracting and delivery of training programs and consulting services in emerging markets such as India, Indonesia, and Latin America. I reside in New York City with my wonderful supportive husband and my little girl who brings a smile to my face every day. I hold a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University and an M.A in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University. |
